1. We prefer Jazz Cash / Cash on delivery / Bank Transfer / Easy Paisa and Debit, Credit and visa master card within Pakistan.
2. We accept payments through Western Union from outside of Pakistan In Advance, Or they can pay us via credit card debit card or paypal.
3.You can also Inbox On Facebook Page/ Instagram/ WhatsApp address and contact to confirm order.
4. MAKE TO ORDER products are pre orders and it will take minimum 2 or maximum 3 weeks to get ready on order.
(Payment Mode will be in advance for pre orders products)
5. International orders duration delivery minimum 2 or maximum 3 weeks, Tracking number will be provided via email after completing and dispatching the orders.
6. For complains, suggestions and queries, please inbox on Facebook Page or Email or Call .
7. Riders follow routes and not timings so please cooperate.
8. If there any damage or any fault or difference you would find ZEE,SY JEWELLERY will be responsible to change the Product, the customer would have to resend the parcel through PAKISTAN POST courier service at ZEE,SY JWELLERY’s Address.
9. The customers who wants to exchange the Items with another like (Bangles size, Bangles design) or whatever they have to pay 300/- delivery charges.
10. Customers can Cancel/Changes there orders after 2 hours of order submission after that no one will be entertain. They have to received there orders at any cost.
11.Customer should add Complete and proper address with House number, Block number and street number Or Nearest famous Landmark in order to get there parcel at doorstep. Incomplete address orders will be cancelled.
12. We strictly follow no refund and no return policy.
13. Every Sale item or Stock clearance Sale item would not be change nor refund.
14. Duties and tax will be apply according to the your country will be paid by customer.
